Our holiday home is all on one floor, ideal for all types of guests, including those with reduced mobility. Sleeping up to 5 people, it features two bedrooms, two bright living rooms with fireplaces, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, kettle, kitchenware, ceramic hob, and barbecue for the winter months.
White linens, soft towels, and meticulous cleaning are part of our commitment to quality. We regularly update our cleaning cloths, sponges, and hygiene products to ensure a spotless and environmentally friendly stay.
Complete equipment for disconnecting or working remotely
Access to the property is easy from the main street, where you'll have the advantage of being able to park close to the house, making arrival and departure convenient. Furthermore, you can enjoy relaxing moments on the terrace, which offers open views of the impressive Sierra San Cristóbal mountain range and its network of viewpoints—a perfect place to unwind and appreciate the beauty of the natural surroundings.
It is important to note that pets are not allowed due to allergy concerns, and parties, farewells, or events are also not permitted as the house is located in a quiet, family-friendly environment, ideal for those seeking peace and quiet.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance will not incur any charges. Cancellations made outside of this period may incur fees.
Security deposit
A deposit of €100 will be required, which will be returned at the end of the stay, once it has been verified that the accommodation is in good condition and has not suffered any damage.

Check-out: The established check-out time is until 12:00 pm.
